MARCADENT Occlusion-Spray
can generally be used in such applications where
other occlusion markers like foils, liquids, graphite
or powders would fail.
The sophisticated manufacturing process of this
product made it possible to use a pigment with
an average particle size of 10. The perfect
interaction of the valve, the spraying head and
the custom-made nozzle results in an even pigment
coating. When examining a marked surface under
the microscope, you will find a consistant coating
with an average thickness of 15-20.
By adjusting the pressure of his finger on the valve,
the user controls the amount of pigment escaping
from the can, and thus the thickness of the pigment
layer on the object.
When looking at a marked surface in more detail,
you will find that nearly 100% of the pigment
particles are equally distributed. This accuracy is
crucial for the exact marking of early interocclusional contacts. Marked contacts can not be
blurred; the user obtains clear lines on his object.
Being 100% water soluble, the material can
neither get stuck to such points of contact, nor
can it cause any "chameleon effect" on dry,
white gypsum models.
Marcadent occlusion spray is enviroment-friendly
free of CFC, contains no wax or solvent and is
odourless.
Applications:
When making crowsn and bridges to check the
direction of insertion and friction.
